Monday to Sunday- (7am - 9pm on a rolling rota)

Join our team as a Care Coordinator in our Learning Disability and Autism team in our Bristol office working in a hybrid model, where you'll coordinate our care work alongside dedicated colleagues to support our clients and healthcare workers. We're looking for candidates who can expertly manage a heavy workload while maintaining a high standard of service. Your role will involve leveraging your knowledge, experience and adaptability, utilising excellent telephone skills, and employing a business-focused approach to drive team growth.
