Qualifications

Job Requirements for Care Assistants:

  • Personal Qualities: Adaptable, personable, and genuinely care for others' well-being
  • Legal Requirements: Legal right to work in the UK.
  • You must live within our Franchise Territory (E4, N1, N4, N5, N7, N8, N15, N16, N17, N18 & N22). We will transfer you to a branch closer to you if you do not live within these postcodes.
  • Must fit our company culture

Care Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Providing companionship and organizing outings
  • Assisting with personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
  • Running errands and supporting with medications
  • Helping with mobility and household chores
