Location: Godiva Lodge Anchor, Coventry
Job Type: Part-Time (19 hours per week, Permanent)
Salary: £12.66 per hour (£13.43 with NVQ Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care)
Shift Pattern: Night shifts

Job Description:

Godiva Lodge Anchor is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine difference in the lives of others during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents throughout the night
2. Assist with personal care routines including washing, dressing, and toileting
3. Ensure residents feel safe, secure, and well-supported
4. Monitor and record residents’ conditions and report any changes
5. Respond promptly to any care or support needs during the night
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a calm and caring environment

Requirements:

1. Genuine passion for working in adult social care
2. Friendly, patient, and caring nature
3. Ability to work night shifts reliably
4. Right to work in the UK
