Hours: Full-Time – 48 hours per week (Night Shifts)
Shifts: 8pm–8am (4 shifts per week)

Your Role as a Night Care Assistant:

Being a Night Care Assistant means offering comfort, security, and reassurance to our residents during the night. You’ll provide thoughtful and attentive care to ensure everyone feels safe, supported, and respected.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing companionship and reassurance throughout the night

• Assisting with personal care and mobility

• Monitoring medication and health needs

• Light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and calm environment

• Preparing and serving light meals or snacks

Holdingham Grange is a luxury, purpose-built care home in the beautiful market town of Sleaford. Offering high-quality residential and nursing care, the home features stunning communal spaces, a café, cinema, library, and salon. Residents enjoy generous gardens and a warm, supportive environment designed for comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

Located just on the north side of Sleaford, the home is easily accessible and surrounded by tranquil green spaces perfect for both staff and residents to enjoy.
