Care Assistant for a teenage P/T @ £13.09/hr in Hexham - FTE - £25.5k - Hexham - NE46

A support worker is sought for a teenage girl with significant Global Developmental Delay, Autism, and a Learning Disability. This young lady, who presents younger than her age, likes to be as independent as possible and would benefit from receiving one-to-one support with going out at the weekend to integrate into the community and learn new skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to the young girl during weekend outings.
Engage in activities such as art, sensory play, forest school, and music.
Build trust and rapport with the young lady, demonstrating patience and understanding.

Rate of Pay: £13.09 per hour
Hours Breakdown: 3 hours of weekend support per week for 52 weeks per year
