Care Assistant Days – Residential Care

Location: Halmer Court, Spalding, Lincolnshire
Salary: £12.25 per hour + Paid Training + Amazing Employee Benefits
Hours: Full-Time, 36 hours a week

Your Role as a Care Assistant:

Being a Care Assistant means being a companion, a helping hand, and a source of comfort. You’ll play a vital role in supporting older people to live with dignity and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene
  • Supporting mobility around the home
  • Helping with housework such as cleaning and tidying
  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Administering or supporting medication management
