Requirements of the Job:

1. We do not provide Sponsored Employment so you will require the relevant ‘Right to Work’ Documents in place.
2. You must live within the Orpington, Petts Wood, and Biggin Hill Areas.
3. You will need a Full Driving License and your own Vehicle to use to get between your customers.
4. Previous experience in a home care setting is an advantage but not a requirement.
5. You will need strong communication skills in both verbal and written English, this is to communicate effectively with clients and other team members.
6. Our Care and Support Plans are electronic so you will require basic IT skills.
