This is a role as a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, where you will help residents enjoy each day by providing them with the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications
  • No specific qualifications are required, but previous experience in caring for older people is preferred. You will need to demonstrate a compassionate and caring personality, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
