Job description

This is a role as a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, where you will help residents enjoy each day by providing them with the quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share great moments and memories with the residents. As a Care Assistant, you will help residents with their daily living activities, follow care plans, and ensure that each resident has one-on-one time. Person Specification

Qualifications

• No specific qualifications are required, but previous experience in caring for older people is preferred. You will need to demonstrate a compassionate and caring personality, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
