The Qualities we are Looking for
  • Essential qualities of a Care Assistant include having a genuine concern for others, having the ability to demonstrate kindness, compassion, and patience.
  • We ask our Care Assistants for a commitment to some evening and weekend working hours.
  • It is essential to have a Full Driving Licence and a reliable vehicle in order to be considered for this role.
  • We also welcome applications from individuals with previous Carer or Support Worker experience. We can offer you a stable career in these uncertain times.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
  • Providing personal care duties
  • Administering medication
  • Manual handling, using equipment where required
  • Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full.

We can’t care for our customers if we don’t take care of our team so to make this possible, we offer:
  • Excellent rates of pay: up to £12.75 on Weekdays and £13.75 on Weekends
