We’re looking for Care Assistants who are kind and compassionate and are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care understanding our values and mission. Providing continuity to both Client and Care Assistants means you will see the same Clients every week, with minimum 1 hour visits enabling you to build a relationship and a routine in the comfort of their home focused around quality of life.
We cover Braintree, Halstead, Sudbury, Bures, Earls Colne, Marks Tey, Kelvedon & Coggeshall.

What Qualifications do you need?
You must have a full Driving Licence and have your own car.
No qualifications are necessary to apply for this Care Assistant position, you do however, need to have a kind heart and the want to make a difference to people's lives.
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply.
