What We Offer

• Quality Care Time: Our visits are at least 1 hour long, ensuring you have the time to provide the highest quality, relationship-led care.
• Paid Travel Allowance: You’ll earn £13 per hour for the time between scheduled visits, with no rushing between clients.
• Mileage Reimbursement: We pay 45p per mile after the first 10 miles each day.
• Comprehensive Training & Support: Classroom-based training and online courses, shadow visits with experienced Care Professionals to build confidence and skills, and full support from our friendly and professional team.
• Guaranteed Contracts: Flexible work patterns are available: choose to work 2, 3, or 4 set days a week, plus every other weekend.
• Competitive Pay: £13 per hour. For example, working 30 hours a week could earn you £1,696 a month (plus mileage).
