We are passionate about changing the way home care is delivered by focusing on high-quality person-centred care. Our aim is to support our clients to stay in their own homes for longer and maintain their independence and dignity.

Job Description

We are currently seeking individuals with availability between 7am - 3 pm or 4pm -10pm for a buildable schedule of 20 hours per week. No experience is needed as our induction and ongoing training will give you a confident start. We are looking for kind, friendly, and local individuals to support our clients to live happily and independently in their own homes. (Locations: Wakering, Shoeburyness, Thorpe Bay, South Church, Southend, Westcliff, Chalkwell, and Leigh on Sea.)

Our Care Assistants are the heart of our business and provide the highest quality care—care that they would be happy for their own family members to receive. By visiting regular clients at regular times, you will build strong relationships. With our minimum one-hour visits, introductions to all new clients, and in-house training, you’ll be confident and supported in the delivery of our care.

Qualifications

We believe empathy is far more important than experience or qualifications. Don’t worry if you have never done this before; we will give you all the tools you need to fulfill this role. Or maybe you have experience and are looking for a change? Either way, we would love to hear from you.
