Care Assistant - Days or Nights Available
Residential Home Specialising in Elderly & Dementia Care

  • Location: Tunbridge Wells
  • Hours: 36 hours per week
  • £12.18 to £14.23 (depending on qualifications)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our professional team at our residential care home in Tunbridge Wells, which specialises in providing high-quality care for the elderly, including individuals living with dementia. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering person-centred care and making a meaningful difference in residents' lives.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents while maintaining dignity and respect.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, including dressing, mobility, and meals.
  • Assist in delivering specialist dementia care through a compassionate and tailored approach.
  • Encourage social engagement and promote overall well-being.
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to senior staff.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

Requirements:
  • A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to elderly care.
  • Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • A professional and team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
  • NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care are desirable but not required.
  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts, as required.
