They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Care Assistant in Nuneaton. The role involves delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services for residents.
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. You will be responsible for assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work. You should have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative and respect, be an efficient worker, and be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
