About the role:

This is a vital role within the Home, working as a team to support the nursing staff in providing care to the social, emotional, and physical needs of the residents.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to deliver a high standard of resident care.
  2. Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills.
  3. Communicate and collaborate cooperatively with other staff members.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
  5. High standard of personal presentation and attention to detail.
  6. Possess a good standard of verbal and written English.
  7. Must be eligible to work in the UK/Ireland - no sponsorship available.
