As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to residents, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services. Your focus will be on assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality.
