Providing continuity to both Client and Care Assistants means you will see the same Clients every week, with minimum 1 hour visits enabling you to build a relationship and a routine in the comfort of their home focused around quality of life.

There are a variety of shift patterns available to suit your lifestyle, and currently we are particularly seeking candidates who can work some weekday evenings and weekends.

We provide both guaranteed income and zero-hour contracts. Our approach is to work with you to find the availability and contract type that best suits your needs and those of our clients.

Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:

• Providing companionship and organising days out with clients.
• Assisting with personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Running errands, including grocery shopping or prescription pickups.
• Supporting with medications and aiding mobility within homes.
• Handling household chores, such as cleaning and laundry.

Qualifications

What we Look for in You, Our Care Assistant:

• Adaptability and a personable nature.
• Genuine willingness to prioritise the well-being of others.
• Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
