Your Role:

1. Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and mealtimes.
2. Provide emotional support and companionship.
3. Observe and report changes in residents' well-being.
4. Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
5. Work effectively as part of a team.

What We're Looking For:

1. A compassionate and empathetic nature.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Reliability and punctuality.
4. A valid Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months, or on the update service.
5. A driver's license, due to the various locations of shifts.
6. Previous care experience as a Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant is essential.
7. A care certificate is required (We can support with this if needed).

Desirable (but not essential):

1. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
2. Experience working with dementia.
3. Medication administration training.
