We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Manager to join our Client’s busy premium franchise-approved car dealership in Cardiff. Working for an Automotive used car dealership, the successful Car Sales Manager will be an experienced manager who is well-versed in Car Sales and running a successful Sales Department.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic salary between £35-40,000 per annum.

• 6 day/4 day rota. Week 1 you will work Monday to Sunday with a scheduled day off in the week. Week 2 you will work Monday to Friday with a scheduled day off in the week and the weekend off.
• Working hours from 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday, and 10:00am-4:00pm Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the Car Sales department in its entirety.
• Second Facing Customers if required.
• Maximising profitability and revenue within the Car Sales Department.
• Assisting the Sales Team with reaching and exceeding their targets.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a proven track record within a Vehicle Sales Manager role.
• Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives.
• Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
