Basic salary is £12,000 per annum.
Access to generous commission structure with uncapped potential earnings up to £50,000+ per annum.
500 cars in stock to sell from!
Staff car benefit scheme available from day 1.
Salary sacrifice on Electric Vehicles is available after your probation period has been passed (Probation period is 3 months unless extended).

22 days annual holiday allowance plus the eight bank holidays. Any bank holidays worked, you shall gain a day off in lieu to compensate for this.

Job Overview:
An exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive within the Kidwelly area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client.

Working within a franchise-approved car dealership, the successful Car Sales Executive will be representing a volume Automotive Brand and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service.

Duties:

1. Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling.
2. Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service.
3. Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives.
4. Meeting Car Sales Targets.
5. Advising on and upselling finance, insurance, and accessories.

For your hard work as a Car Sales Executive for our client, you can expect to earn an OTE of £50,000 per annum.

Requirements:
Our Client is ideally seeking Car Sales Executives who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer Environment. It is essential that you hold a current UK driving Licence and have a real passion for Car Sales and the Motor Trade.
