About the Role:

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

1. Engaging with customers and providing expert advice on vehicle options
2. Achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service
3. Maximising finance and product sales to increase earnings
4. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
5. Managing the full sales process, from initial inquiry to handover

Hours of Work:

1. Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
2. Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
3. Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (on a rota basis - approx. 1 in 3)
4. Day off in lieu of Friday when working Saturday

What We're Looking For:

1. A confident and target-driven sales professional
2. Previous experience in car sales (preferred but not essential)
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
5. A full UK driving license
