Our client, a well-established automotive dealership group, is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, helping clients find their perfect vehicle while contributing to the success of a reputable dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving monthly sales targets for new, used, and demo vehicles, as well as finance and insurance income.
  • Conducting accurate vehicle appraisals and maintaining high presentation standards for all company vehicles.
  • Managing online vehicle listings to ensure maximum customer engagement and visibility.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimise sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and generating performance reports for management review.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven sales experience within the automotive sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A valid UK driving license.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in vehicle appraisals and online automotive marketing.
  • Knowledge of finance and insurance products.
  • Familiarity with online vehicle listing platforms.
