We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our client’s dealership. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the car-buying process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Your organisational skills and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities for this Car Sales Executive job:

* Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.

* Provide detailed information about various car models, features, and benefits.

* Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.

* Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using relevant software.

* Implement upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities and maximise revenue.

* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success.

* Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.

The successful Car Sales Executive will need:

* Proven experience in car sales role within the automotive industry is preferred.

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.

* Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.

* Proficiency in using sales software and tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.

* A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to help clients find their ideal vehicle.

* A valid driving licence is required for conducting test drives and demonstrating vehicles.

Hours – 5-day week - Monday – Friday 8.30 – 6.00, Saturday 8.30 – 5.00 . 42.5 hours per week
