Job Description
The Capacity Planner role will be responsible for daily planning of Sojo manufacturing activities at its warehouse locations throughout the U.S. This position will report to the Senior Director, Customer Operations and Planning Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Capacity planning and coordination across all Sojo locations
2. Oversee inbound and outbound loads to ensure alignment with production requirements, proactively addressing any missing or delayed shipments by adjusting the production plan in a timely manner to maintain operational efficiency
3. Create work orders in Sojo's operating system
4. Provide monthly/quarterly forecasts by location based on information provided by Sojo Customers and the Sojo Commercial team. Identify potential capacity constraints based off line utilization, shift allocation, etc, and work with production teams and engineering to mitigate the constraints
5. Develop daily and weekly production plans that are operationally efficient while also ensuring customer needs are met
6. Communicate target throughput and head count goals for each production run to the on-site production teams
7. Work with Operations and FP&A at addressing significant variances to production plan
8. Ensure inventory levels of raw materials (beverage, corrugate, shrink film, pallet support etc.) planned for production are on-hand
9. Order raw materials (corrugate, shrink wrap, corner boards, protective pads, labels etc.) to ensure adequate supply for all production runs
10. Facilitate daily production plan meetings ensuring alignment from all stakeholders
11. Responsible for daily planning and communication to staffing agencies
12. All other duties as assigned
