Job description

A well-known Financial Services business based in Central London is now looking to hire a Campus Recruiter into its Campus Team, which consists of four people overall. The company has over 6000 staff globally and is extremely successful in what they do. They have been experiencing and will continue to experience rapid growth due to this success.

At the heart of hiring is the Campus Recruitment Team consisting of 3 people in the UK. This Team is headed up by the Head of Campus Recruitment, to whom this role will report.

In this position, you will be focused on building and supporting the campus recruiting strategy, including how they engage with universities, hire, and manage the internship program. You will be responsible for managing multiple phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offers and intern program management.

The successful candidate for this role will have the following:

  • Previous campus recruitment experience within a Financial Services business
  • Strong stakeholder/relationship building skills
  • Solutions focused
  • Previous experience using an ATS
  • Strong knowledge and experience of engaging with universities
  • Excellent communication skills.
