Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

Working as a Campaigns Manager you will report into the Head of Marketing Acquisition. You'll be responsible for the development and coordination of the business unit market strategy. The role will be required to deliver increased market share, build brand awareness, achieve pipeline generation targets, and drive prospects through the buyers' journey for the aligned business unit. This role will work closely with the Head of Business Development.

  • To ensure all marketing materials & campaigns are aligned and adhere to brand guidelines and all written content we produce is in line with our tone of voice.
  • To manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget.
  • To lead on the creation of integrated business unit aligned marketing campaign strategies and delivery plans that use channels effectively and that will achieve campaign objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners.
  • To carry out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns.

About You

  • Degree/ CIM qualified.
  • Extensive experience in go to market strategies, including personalised marketing campaigns and targeted account engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in executing marketing strategies with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms, such as Dynamics, Sitecore, Dot Digital, Splash, Lead Forensics.
  • Strong experience managing marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with brand and GTM strategies and overall business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation.
  • Compelling communicator, able to effectively convey strategies and insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate activity across the department.
  • Experience of working with third party suppliers and managing contracts.
