Campaigns Manager

Are you passionate about marketing campaigns and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic marketing environment? As the Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating impactful and effective marketing campaigns aligned with RoSPA’s commercial, policy, and partnership priorities, using a range of tools and media channels with a strong focus on digital. You will play a key role in driving engagement, conversion rates, inbound lead generation, and e-commerce sales.
Your role would involve campaign development by researching, creating, developing, and implementing innovative digital campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating valuable leads – ensuring a customer-centric approach is delivered.
As Campaign Manager, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with RoSPA’s goals and priorities.
- Use data insights and collaborate with departmental teams to inform campaign strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance to optimize engagement and sales metrics.
- Develop creative briefs and collaborate with internal design teams and external agencies to produce campaign assets that adhere to RoSPA’s brand guidelines.
- Ensure the effective use of a wide range of media channels, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing tools.

- Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B or nonprofit setting.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Experience in analyzing data to optimize marketing efforts and performance.
- Creative and strategic mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work closely with design teams and agencies to deliver high-quality campaign materials.
- A passion for impactful marketing that drives results.
- Enjoys project-based work and puts the customer at the core of solutions.
Do you have…?
- Proven experience using a variety of marketing tools and channels (Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising, Email Software, social media, CRM, CMS) to attract new customers.
- Proficient in design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva) with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach; excellent team player with outstanding communication abilities.
