The Role

As a Campaigns Lead at Soldo, you will be responsible for planning, developing, executing, and optimising strategic brand campaigns targeting our B2B clients.

You will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and will be able to demonstrate previous experience in campaign management in a similar leadership role and show a portfolio of successful campaigns. You will have experience managing a range of external agencies and be able to create detailed briefs with clear outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing targeted campaigns that will be executed by other teams in the business across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and deliver meaningful results that drive growth and revenue.

You will have exceptional marketing analytics and the ability to use data to optimise campaigns for maximum impact. This involves analysing customer behaviour, identifying trends, and interpreting data to develop insights that can inform our campaigns plan. You will be required to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing technologies, tools, and methodologies, and apply these to your work to continuously improve campaign performance.

Your creative thinking and data-driven approach will be essential in achieving our marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans aligned with company objectives and target audience.
  • Ensure all campaigns are developed using a RACI model and document the responsibilities of various functions during the campaign planning and execution lifecycle.
  • Act as an ombudsman for questions on campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources and timing.
  • Work closely with Solutions Marketing to ensure campaign and asset messages reflect and are aligned with company messages.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling assets that drive maximum engagement.
  • Work closely with the Field Marketing Leads, as well as Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to ensure they have the materials needed to execute the tactics that make up each campaign (Webinars, Nurture, Content Syndication, Paid Search, Display, Events and more).
  • Define and segment target audiences, ensuring personalised and relevant campaign messaging.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing teams and regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns generate leads that convert into pipeline and revenue.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spend.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to inform campaign strategies.
  • Ensure regular and timely communications to all concerned about campaigns being planned and executed.

We're looking for someone who must have:

  • Self-discipline and excellent organisational skills.
  • High levels of energy and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and proactivity – seeking feedback from stakeholders is essential.
  • Objective-driven planning and reporting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience of selecting, appointing and running RFPs to select agencies.
  • Ability to show a portfolio of multi-channel campaigns executed in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong track record of successful campaign planning and execution.
  • Experience running a team of campaign managers or contractors to bring campaigns to market.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing, distributing and scheduling workload and projects to various team members.
  • Experience running a time-management sheet system to ensure projects are brought to market on time and on budget.
  • Expert knowledge of Project Management tools such as Asana or Airtable.
  • Experience scheduling and managing tickets via platforms such as Jira.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to translate ideas into effective marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (SalesForce.com).
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse campaign performance data and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Demand waterfall processes and metrics (experience in working with the Sirius Decision Waterfall Model is a distinct advantage).
  • Previous project management at either a marketing agency or within an internal shared service function.
  • Has previously selected/overseen creative and demand creation agencies.
  • Multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing program design, creation and implementation.
  • Web analytics (Exposure to either Adobe Omniture or Google Analytics is a strong advantage).
