Overview

The Activation team plays a crucial role as the primary interface between our clients and the broader business. Our team is responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, delivering exceptional digital campaigns, and driving the growth of our clients’ businesses. Whether it's launching new digital channels, supporting measurement strategies, or providing optimization solutions, our client partnerships are built on trust and innovation.

We are currently seeking a Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team and be a part of our passionate group of professionals.

Role Overview

The Campaign Manager is a key member of the Activation team, responsible for managing the operational aspects of client campaigns. Reporting to the Associate Account Director or Senior Campaign Manager, you will handle tasks from media planning and campaign setup to optimizing performance across digital buying platforms. Collaboration with Digital Marketing Analysts is essential to ensure seamless execution and achieve campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing campaign planning and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating their needs and priorities.
  • Develop cross-channel digital brief responses and media plans aligned with client business goals.
  • Collaborate with media and creative agencies to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Oversee campaign execution, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and optimizing performance.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide clear insights across multiple digital channels (Display, Video, Social, Search, Audio, OOH).
  • Build relationships with key media and technology partners to deliver top-tier service for clients.
  • Identify and propose additional revenue opportunities for clients.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to foster growth within the team.
  • Contribute to team initiatives and company-wide projects.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital platforms across at least two channels (e.g., programmatic display, video, paid search, paid social).
  • Experience with Amazon DSP and/or Sponsored Ads is required.
  • Digital planning experience from an agency, client, or DSP side.
  • Strong passion for digital media, advertising, and technology.
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Experience in coaching or managing team members is a plus.
