You will be responsible for delivering email campaigns for multiple clients across multiple platforms in a fast-paced working environment. You will be working with the Customer Service team to deliver campaigns, complete quality checks and testing. You will work in collaboration with the Studio, eCRM Production and the Client Services teams to ensure all email campaigns meet the high standard that we work with and go through the full quality control process before deploying to the desired customer base.
Key accountabilities:
- Proactively liaise with the Account team for each client and solve client issues as needed.
- Management of campaign and project testing, throughout the campaign process.
- Day-to-day management of internal teams to action amends.
- Liaise between the design team, data team, developers and client team, completing briefs for each department.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met for each stage of a project and campaign.
- To understand creative and technical components of online marketing.
- Understanding of CRM platform technology.
- You will gain an excellent understanding of response driven email marketing for a number of client campaigns.
Qualifications:
- First and foremost, you should be customer centric. Our people go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, every time.
- Experience with CRM processing and systems is preferable, not essential.
- You won’t be micromanaged here; the ability to manage your own time and deliver quality and accuracy, with speed is essential.
- Demonstrate ability to manage client expectations and to pro-actively resolve client issues when they occur.
- Experience within a marketing agency is ideal, not essential.
- Show us an ability to understand and appreciate creative and technical components of online marketing.
- Relevant computer skills – proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, hard-working environment and demonstrate commitment to role and to drive development.
- Email marketing and digital experience would be preferable, but not essential.
- An analytical mind; you can show you have an understanding of data.
