Remuneration: $130,658 - $147,108 per annum + super + salary packaging

Step into a pivotal role as Clinical Coordinator, where you’ll collaborate closely with passionate CAMHS teams across the vibrant New England North West, Hunter Valley, and Manning regions. In this exciting role, you’ll work in strong partnership with the District CAMHS Leadership team to drive meaningful impact in child and adolescent mental health.
About the role:
You’ll play a key part in supporting governance and driving performance across regional and rural CAMHS teams. You'll work alongside leaders to identify, develop and implement strategies to support service delivery and clinical staff in striving to meet high quality service provision, strategic goals and key performance indicators - helping to shape the future of child and adolescent mental health services in the region.

In this role, you’ll be backed by a strong network of support — including your direct line manager, experienced team leaders across the district, and the District CAMHS Clinical Coordinator. You won’t be navigating this journey alone; you’ll also have regular access to clinical supervision and peer groups to help you grow, reflect, and thrive in your work.
