An established industry player in mental health services is seeking dedicated nurses to join their Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). Eligible for a Recruitment/Retention payment of £3,000 for new starters who are external to the Trust. This is payable in 2 instalments over a 24 month period. Terms and conditions apply to the scheme, in relation to repayment should you leave within a 24 month period.

Existing CAMHS experience is not essential as you will have the opportunity to learn new specialist skills through our excellent learning and development opportunities which will include leadership and managerial skills alongside clinical interventions. It is important to show through your application and interview, what transferable skills and experience you have.
In addition to this we welcome skilled practitioners who would like the opportunity to develop their CAMHS specific skills. These clinicians may come from a variety of professional backgrounds including adult mental health, learning disability and paediatric settings.
As well as our inhouse development programme, we also have our CAMHS Nursing Academy which is a training and development program which is based on the four pillars of advanced nursing practice.
Bethlem Adolescent Unit and CAMHS PICU based at the Bethlem Royal Hospital and Snowsfield Adolescent Unit based at the Maudsley Hospital. PICU cares for some of the most unwell and vulnerable young people requiring secure mental health services in a compassionate, safe and timely manner.
