Title: Customer Care Advisor - Inbound

Hours: 40 hours per week, Full Time

Location: Glasgow City Centre - Office based

Salary: £25,396 plus bonus

Each day will vary however the core components of your role will include:

1. Help our patients calling in with a wide range of enquiries from arranging sight tests to arranging refractive treatments.
2. Deliver an outstanding patient experience always putting the patient first.
3. Display strong communication and problem solving skills.
4. Build trust and rapport with our patients ensuring the best possible outcome to their enquiry.
5. Display strong administration skills.
6. Always look for opportunities to improve the patient journey.

Essential skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner.
3. A willingness to learn.
4. Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections.
