Please note, this role is an office-based position in Bournemouth.

What do we offer our Call Centre Agents?

1. A Generous Basic Salary: Starting at £30,000, increasing to £35,000 after probation and up to £45,000 as a senior.
2. Uncapped Commission: Realistic OTE of £60,000, however our average earnings in the team are £72,538 and our top performers earning over £103,232 per annum.

1. Has a minimum of 6-month's experience in a sales, customer service or similar role.
