Job Description:

Logistics Service External Business Coordinator/Developer

1. Daily monitor local business CP (local cooperation partners) service quality and KPIs.
2. Analyse and collect local market intelligence, and generate integrated analysis to support the business.
3. Meet customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery and lowest cost-to-service product transportation to the final destination; deal with daily claims related to UK local operation.
4. Support business development for local logistics resources, and handle related processes and documentation.
5. Follow the process for logistics solutions with the Europe and China team including Procurement, IT, product, and customer service.
