Café Manager

Duties:

1. Oversee daily operations of the café, including food production, bartending, banquet, catering, and coffee services.
2. Manage and train café staff, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to company standards.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
5. Create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
8. Collaborate with the assistant manager and other department heads to coordinate events and promotions.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café.

Skills:

1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of food production, bartending, banquet, catering, and coffee services.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and scheduling.
