About the Role:
Our client is seeking a CAD Tender Designer to join the Design team and report to the Design Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate tender outline and technical drawings for multi-utility projects. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external utility providers to support the successful delivery of design proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce tender outline drawings using AutoCAD.
2. Liaise with design engineers, managers, and estimators to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to company standards.
3. Coordinate with external stakeholders, including developers and utility providers (DNOs, IDNOs, water and gas companies).
4. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal project teams and external partners.
5. Provide general support to the design team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
6. Attend site visits when necessary to collect accurate information for designs.

What We're Looking For:
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Experience in the multi-utility industry is desirable; however, candidates with a background in electricity, water, gas, or fibre will also be considered.
2. Some exposure to the design of electricity or water projects across domestic, commercial, industrial, EV charging, or high-rise sectors (training provided).
3. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and commercial documents.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD essential and familiarity with WinDEBUT is desirable.
