Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Salary: Negotiable

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Contract CAD Technician to join our team near Canterbury. The ideal candidate will reside in Kent and be willing to travel to the office daily.

Responsibilities

• Work on various CAD-related tasks including schematics, as-installed drawings, minor sketches, and sheeting/tagging 2D CAD drawings from Revit models.
• Collaborate with design and drawing teams to meet project deadlines.
• Interrogate specifications, schedules, and technical submittals independently.
• Adhere to project and company standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD MEPH and MS Office products.
• Basic understanding of Revit.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines.
• Own transport is essential.
