What We’re Looking For?

We’re searching for a proactive, detail-oriented individual eager to grow and bring fresh ideas to our team. While experience in architecture, construction, or a related field is a bonus, we welcome candidates who are IT-savvy and ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create CAD Drawings: Transform survey data into accurate, high-quality floor plans, elevations, and sections.
2. Quality Assurance: Ensure all drawings meet company standards.
3. Data Preparation: Collaborate with site staff to deliver precise and timely data.
4. Point Cloud Processing: Help process point cloud data and support IT tasks.
5. Site Assistance: Occasionally assist with on-site surveys and equipment maintenance.
6. Support Tasks: Assist with general office duties, especially during holiday cover.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
2. Experience with software such as Rhino, Leica Cyclone, Trimble Realworks, and Revit.
3. Knowledge of point cloud data, including processing and registration.
4. Familiarity with survey packages like N4CE or similar.
5. Strong general IT skills.
