Position: CAD/CAM Engineer
Location: Oldbury
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time
Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Annual Salary: £32,000

What You'll Do:
As a CAD/CAM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our design process. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Utilising your CAD expertise to read and interpret detailed drawings.
2. Converting DXF and DWG files into Procut for production.
3. Nesting parts into plates to optimise material utilisation.
4. Collaborating with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Communicating with customers to resolve any drawing queries and provide exceptional service.
6. Continuously developing your knowledge and skills to progress in your career.

What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

1. Proficient in CAD with a solid understanding of engineering principles.
2. Previous experience with Procut is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
4. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
