Salary: Basic salary starts at £20,229, plus average expected trip pay of circa £5000, other variable payments, and subsistence allowances down route (based on 48 trips per year)

Day to day

When you step into our iconic uniform, you become a living beacon for our brand, representing our vibrant spirit and dedication to making every flight a fun and unforgettable experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Safety, security, and operational excellence onboard
• Working in a team alongside our expert Cabin Crew
• Delivering outstanding customer service and making lasting memories
• Prioritising our customers' happiness, health, and needs

About you

We're looking for individuals with a love for travel, a flair for customer service, and the desire to join an award-winning team. If you're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a can-do attitude, we'll help with the rest!

To be successful in your application and training, you’ll need to have:

• The right to live and work in the UK
• No live or unspent criminal convictions or cases pending
• The ability to swim 25 metres unaided
• At least 18 months of customer service experience
• A minimum of three GCSE (A*-C or 9-4) or academic equivalent
• Fluency in written and spoken English

At our assessment centre, we’ll check you're able to:

• Reach up to 210cm without shoes
• Adopt the brace position in a 45cm high seat

Training

We take your journey with us seriously, and we’ll invest in your development. Our training programme is meticulous and rewarding.

Your training kicks off with our ‘First Dates’ initiation day at our vibrant head office. The in-person course is then five weeks long and includes classroom sessions, practical sessions, daily tests, exams, and final assessments.

To graduate from your Wings ceremony, you’ll need to successfully pass your training exams.
