C++ Software Engineer - Trading / Crypto - Up to £130k + Very Lucrative Bonus!

A growing algorithmic trading company is now in an exciting growth phase and is seeking a highly talented C++ Software Engineer to join their core development team. You'll be working in a small, highly collaborative team where you can really make a difference!

Working on their next generation of Cryptocurrency trading technology, the C++ Software Engineer will be working on new, greenfield projects with no legacy codebase. Developed from the ground up using modern C++ (17/20), you will be working on the client-server architecture, improving performance and optimizing code for high performance. You will work in a team that prides itself on developing elegant code that's robust and solving complex problems to eek out performance and efficiency.

C++ Software Engineer requirements:

1. Deep modern C++ knowledge, including 'under the hood'
2. Previous HFT, Finance or Crypto experience not essential
3. Working on Linux
4. Degree background in Maths, Computer Science or related
5. Low Latency experience
6. Strong problem solver
7. Knowledge of templates, internals of C++ and related libraries

The C++ Software Engineer will be well remunerated with a base salary of £85k-£130k. You will also be very well rewarded with a bonus up to £200k and benefits. You will be hybrid working in London.
