Job Title: Adult Social Care Skills Coach

Hours: 0.8 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE)
Salary: £24,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in the adult social care sector, with strong knowledge of current practices and legislation.
2. Relevant qualification in Social Care (e.g., Level 3 or above).
3. Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training adults in a vocational setting.
4. Passion for developing others and supporting learners to reach their potential.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire learners.

Desirable:

1. Teaching qualification such as AET, PTLLS, or equivalent.
2. Experience in assessing or delivering apprenticeships or vocational qualifications in social care.

This role is being offered on a 0.8 FTE basis, with a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum (pro-rata).
