The Opportunity...

We have an exciting role as a Store Manager to join our Byredo Spitalfields store team. The working schedule is based on full time schedule working 5 days per week (37.5hrs), Monday - Sunday inclusive. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the store, staff, merchandise and customer service, achieving sales objectives and maintaining the highest operational and merchandising standards while building highly motivated teams and coaching and developing them.

This role involves driving profit and sales by setting and achieving sales goals, analyzing data to inform business strategies, and motivating the team. It emphasizes exceptional customer service, managing client databases, resolving issues, and organizing events. Operational duties include staffing, risk management, training, and inventory control. The role also requires implementing merchandising strategies, ensuring the store's visual appeal, and collaborating with various teams for optimal product assortment. Additionally, it involves human resources tasks such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and resolving HR issues.
