Are you an experienced buyer with knowledge in housing construction or with similar experience?

Do you want to join one of the North West's leading housing developers, offering good work to life balance and good holiday benefits?

On offer, is a great opportunity to join a well-established family run business who have over 10 years of experience specialising in social housing development, focusing on sustainability and renewable technologies.

In this role, the successful Buyer will be responsible for purchasing materials, knowledge in procurement and strong communication and negotiation skills.

The Role

  1. Responsible for purchasing construction materials for houses
  2. Communicating and building relationships with clients
  3. Negotiating prices for materials

The Person

  1. Previous experience as a building buyer
  2. Previous experience and knowledge in construction
