Buy Side Sales/Client VP, Equities | London, UK | Hybrid

Excellent opportunity at a highly successful equities boutique asset manager. They are looking for a VP/Director level position on their Client Team, located in London. This Director will be responsible for selling their Global and emerging market equity funds.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage client coverage; this is dependant on the markets you operate in and have close ties. Europe and Asia is preferable.
2. Cultivate and maintain existing client relationships.
3. Act as the product specialist for the funds you cover; including updates on investment strategies and key market trends.
4. Foster relationships at all levels within client organisations and with consultants.
5. Identify opportunities for cross-selling within other investment strategies.
6. Drive business growth through new client acquisition and cross-sales.
7. Discover new business prospects and potential cross-sale opportunities.
8. Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to individual investors.
9. Master the firm's messaging and investment strategy content.
10. Collaborate with the client team to achieve collective goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Accomplished fundraising professional desired with a demonstrated track-record and experience.
2. Exhibit a keen interest in understanding macro-economic factors influencing sustainable capitalism, enabling effective communication and relationship-building with key clients.
3. Ability to engage and persuade senior stakeholders, effectively communicate the firm’s strategy, and create impactful marketing materials using the firm's unique intellectual assets.
4. Strong capability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, engaging at a senior level to meet business needs, is essential.
