Business travel consultant - Out of hours

Business Travel Consultants - Out of Hours required for this global TMC. The role is home-based, and they are looking for Out of Hours business travel consultant experience with Sabre. Salary up to 40k plus benefits. Shifts ranging from 6pm to midnight Monday to Friday, 8pm to 2am Saturday, plus overnight shifts generally from midnight to 8am.

Business Travel Consultants - Out of Hours Duties

1. Working out of hours, answering calls and emails from clients in a polite, efficient, and professional manner.
2. Offering expert advice in all aspects of travel.
3. Maintain the outstanding level of customer service provided by the ‘day’ team.
4. Work as part of an efficient team, communicating effectively both internally and externally.
5. To issue, re-issue and perform re-calculations of international and domestic airfares using Sabre.
6. Sourcing the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes, booking all flights, rail, hotel, and all ground products.

Business Travel Out of Hours Consultants Skills Required:

1. Previous Out of hours experience ideally but certainly not essential.
2. Knowledgeable on Sabre.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
4. Possess good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines.
5. On the pulse with world events and likely travel implications.
