Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant Duties:

• Arrange an array of travel services for corporate clients including flights, hotels, lounges, car hire, etc.
• Assist clients with travel bookings and process these in an efficient and competent manner.
• Offer an out of hours service to clients.
• Communicate with customers, whether by telephone, email, or in person, in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide excellent service via communications with customers and ensure the accuracy of bookings.
• Provide clients with suitable travel options and suggestions for the best way to meet their requirements.
• Proactively maintain relationships with clients at all times.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant is imperative.
• A good working knowledge of GDS/CRS flight systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre.
• Willingness to work 4 days on and 4 days off.
