New Opportunity - Business Team Support Coordinator/Pensions Administrator (X2)

Salary: up to £32k plus an extensive benefit package

Location: Wimbledon

Hybrid will be offered after training - (2 days) office and Home Working (3 days)

Mon to Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm

This permanent role offers you the chance to support Trustees in a dynamic and professional environment. Your Role:

In this vital position, you'll provide back-office support to nominated Trustees through various tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Updating Trustee master spreadsheets, registers, and compliance checklists.
  • Assisting in the preparation for Trustee meetings by drafting agendas, collating papers, and producing meeting packs.
  • Preparing minutes templates and updating action logs post-meetings.
  • Logging and processing invoices, as well as monitoring the annual scheme budget.
  • Coordinating with providers to ensure timely receipt of required documentation and meeting dates.
  • Managing Trustee diaries and scheduling meetings efficiently.
  • Handling incoming calls and providing professional assistance to callers in the absence of the Trustee.

Other Responsibilities:

  • General office administration, including filing and managing post.
  • Maintaining accurate time records using the time-recording system.
  • Embracing the companies values and contributing to a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous PA, secretarial, or administration experience is essential. A background in pensions administration is a plus!
  • Key Skills:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced Excel and Word, basic PowerPoint).

  • Personal Attributes:

- Professional and responsible attitude towards client interactions.
- A "can do" spirit with the initiative to solve problems.
- Flexibility to adapt and cover various responsibilities within the team.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above (or equivalent).
