About All Saints Catholic College
All Saints is an 11-16 school, situated near the northern boundary of Kirklees. We are a Catholic school with students attending from diverse cultural backgrounds, which contribute to the distinctive ethos. In November 2022, Ofsted judged All Saints “Good” in every category, and we received a “Good with Outstanding Catholic Life and Mission” judgement from our Catholic Schools Inspection in March 2025.
About the role
The successful candidate will be a knowledgeable and committed individual who will work as a Business Support Officer in our admin team. You will undertake tasks relating to data input, after-school activities, displays and other areas of admin. You will also provide cover on both our main and student receptions.
You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly efficient service including dealing with enquiries from staff, students, parents, and external agencies in a courteous and professional manner.
Please note, you will be working 35 hours per week during term time, plus 1 additional day for staff training at the start of each academic year. Monday - Friday 9am-4.30pm.
